At the heart of the experience are two rounds of guided conversations in small groups of 3–4 people. These are thoughtfully framed by opening and closing circles to foster a safe and supportive space for authentic sharing.
Before diving into the discussions, participants are introduced to practical conversation techniques, equipping everyone with tools for active listening and fair sharing. This ensures a welcoming environment where work talk is set aside, allowing true colours to shine and meaningful connections to emerge.
Thoughtfully prepared prompts guide each conversation round to ensure an enjoyable and inspiring experience. Paired with selected wines and a delicious assortment of charcuterie and cheese, the evening becomes a true delight for both body and mind.
